The data controller for the Service is TenderSignals, a United States sole proprietorship ("we", "us").

• Business profile: categories of interest, regions, budget preferences
• Optional details you share (company name, phone number, messenger handles)
• Messages you send to our support or bots

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages and tenders viewed, searches, saved items, feature clicks, email opens and link clicks
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referral source, UTM parameters
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

Payment information: Payments are processed by third-party providers (currently Stripe; local methods such as GCash and Maya may be offered). We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status, but we never see or store your full card number or wallet credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the Service: matching tenders to your profile, sending sign-in links, alerts, and digests
• To process subscriptions and payments
• To improve the product: usage analytics, feature testing
• To communicate with you: service messages (transactional) and product updates or offers (marketing — you can opt out at any time)
• To advertise our own Service (e.g., measuring ad campaigns via Meta Pixel)
• To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Emails and Messaging

We send two kinds of email: transactional (sign-in links, receipts, alerts you subscribed to) and marketing (digests, product news, offers). Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can manage categories on your email preferences page. Transactional emails are sent as long as you have an account. If you use our Telegram or WhatsApp bots, we process your messenger ID to deliver updates you requested.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service:

• Payment processors (Stripe; GCash/Maya providers when available) — to process payments
• Email delivery provider — to send emails
• Analytics and advertising (Meta Pixel / Facebook CAPI) — to measure our ads; data may be hashed before sending
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run our servers and databases

These providers process data under their own security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for: keeping you signed in (session cookies), remembering preferences, and measuring advertising (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained.

Subject to applicable law — including, for users in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. 8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and passwordless sign-in links that expire after a short time. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

We are a US-based service and our infrastructure may be located in the United States or other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
