Refund Policy
We want you to be confident before you pay — that's why TenderSignals starts with a free trial, no payment method required. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work after you subscribe. The Service is operated by TenderSignals, a United States sole proprietorship.
1. Free Trial First
Every new account gets a free trial (currently 3 days) with full access to the product. You can explore everything — matched tenders, contacts, alerts, and analytics — before paying anything.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@tendersignals.com. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
- We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Refunds
Monthly plans (₱2,490/month):
- If something went wrong with your first charge — you were billed by mistake, charged twice, or the product did not work for you — contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund.
- After the first 7 days, and for renewal charges, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Yearly plans (₱23,900/year):
- Within 14 days of the yearly payment, we will refund in full on request.
- After 14 days, we can refund the unused full months remaining on your plan, minus the months already used charged at the standard monthly rate.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full — just let us know.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@tendersignals.com from the email address on your account, with the word "Refund" in the subject line. Please include the approximate payment date. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or wallet provider, the money may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us first at info@tendersignals.com before filing a dispute with your bank or wallet provider — in almost every case we can resolve it faster (usually within 2 business days) than the formal dispute process. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
